Six steps, and you only touch your manga once.
Submit your items
Complete the form with the details of each item and at least three photographs. There is no fee to submit, nothing to ship at this stage, and no obligation to proceed.
We price and list
We research comparable sales and agree a price with you before anything is published. Your items are listed within 7 days of your submission.
The buyer pays us
We handle enquiries, offers and negotiation. The buyer pays us through PayPal or Wise, and we hold that payment before any item is dispatched.
You dispatch the item
We send you the delivery address and dispatch instructions once payment has cleared. You post the item directly to the buyer within 5 business days.
Cross-border shipments
Import duty and taxes are payable by the recipient of the parcel, which is the buyer. They are never charged to you and are never deducted from your payment. As the sender you complete the customs declaration, and we confirm the destination country's requirements before you dispatch.
You are paid
Payment is released once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described. Your share, being the sale price less commission, is sent through PayPal or Wise within 5 business days.
You keep up to 94%
No listing fees, no fixed deductions, no marketplace fees passed on. The percentage below is the whole arrangement, and you pay nothing if an item does not sell.

Graded manga
Volumes in a BGS case. Key numbers, first printings and first editions, from Dragon Ball and One Piece through to Baki and Yu-Gi-Oh. If the grade is on the label we can price it, and we provide the recent comparable sales the price is based on before you approve it. Complete runs are usually worth more intact than split, so tell us if an item is part of one.
Graded magazines
Weekly Shonen Jump and comparable serialisations, in a BGS case. First appearances and debut chapters sell fastest and reach the highest prices, though a clean mid-grade copy of a well known issue also has a reliable market. Send the full list even if you are uncertain about an item. Assessing it costs you nothing and we will tell you plainly if we do not think it is worth listing.

No. Your items remain with you for the entire time they are listed. You are asked to dispatch an item only after a buyer has paid us for it.
Once the buyer's payment has cleared. We send you the delivery address and dispatch instructions, and ask that the item is posted within 5 business days. If you require longer, tell us and we will adjust the schedule.
The buyer. Postage is covered by the sale, so dispatch costs you nothing. We require a tracked service with insurance covering the sale value, and we need the tracking number. Without tracking there is no record of delivery, and delivery is what releases your payment.
Import duty and taxes are payable by the recipient of the parcel, which is the buyer. They are never charged to you and are never deducted from your payment, and every listing states this before a buyer commits. As the sender you complete the customs declaration, which must be accurate: we do not declare a sold item as a gift and we do not understate its value. We confirm the destination country's requirements before you dispatch.
There is no cost to submit and no cost if an item does not sell. We take a commission of between 6% and 18% of the final sale price, depending on the amount. There are no listing fees, no fixed deductions and no marketplace fees passed on to you.
You may set the asking price and specify the maximum discount we are permitted to accept. Alternatively, we will price the item to the current market. In both cases nothing is listed until you have approved the figure.
Within 7 days of your submission. If an item requires further research we will tell you before that deadline.
Within 5 business days of the sale completing, through PayPal or Wise, whichever you prefer. A sale completes when the buyer confirms the item arrived as described. Any fee either platform charges to receive the money is applied by them rather than by us, and we confirm the amount sent.
PayPal and Wise. Buyers pay us through one of them and we pay you through one of them, so every movement is on the record and neither of us has to hand the other any bank details. Tell us which of the two you prefer when we confirm your sale. We will never ask you to pay us anything, and we will never ask for money by any other route.
If the carrier records the delivery and the buyer raises no issue within 7 days, the sale is treated as complete and your payment is released.
Yes, at any time before a buyer has paid, at no cost. The listing is removed the same day. Once an item has been paid for the sale is binding and the item must be dispatched.
We refund the buyer. The claim against the carrier is yours to make, as the contract of carriage is in your name, and we provide the sale documentation required to support it. This is why tracked and insured postage is a condition of the service.
We hold the payment until the matter is resolved. The claim is assessed against the photographs and description in your submission. If it is upheld, the item is returned to you and the sale is reversed. If it is not, the sale completes as normal.
A buyer purchasing without inspecting the item needs to see the front, the back and any defect. Three photographs are the minimum required to price the item accurately and to hold that price during negotiation. They are also the evidence used to settle any dispute, which is why they must show the actual item rather than a stock image.
No. The submission form is the only requirement. The consignment service and the CollectHub app are operated by the same business but do not share an account.
Any tax due on a sale is your responsibility. We do not withhold tax, we do not file on your behalf, and we are not able to advise on your position. We can provide a record of what sold, when, and for how much.
